- that empowers them to build, create and communicate.
Vision
These pillars are intended to provide a foundation for our diverse and inclusive school, ensuring that all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential in an environment that celebrates their unique identities and backgrounds.
Diversity & Equity
Inclusive Curriculum
We foster an environment that celebrates and respects the uniqueness of each individual, promoting inclusivity and equality for all.
The curriculum encourages critical thinking, empathy, and understanding, preparing students to thrive in a multicultural society.
Safe and Supportive
Community Engagement
Students are encouraged to speak up and address any issues they may encounter, knowing that they will be heard and supported.
By involving students, families, and the broader community, the school creates a network of support and collaboration to further its inclusive mission.

As an educator, Dr. Niesha Ham-McMillian fell in love with watching her students grow and excel. They were successful in passing state required standardized tests but she wanted more for her students.
Dr. Ham-McMillian, the daughter of a USMC veteran, created Marnie LEADS Academy to promote leadership, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
- Students enrolled in the program will be equipped with the tools and training necessary to become leaders and pillars in the community.
